About me

 Hello, my name is Susan Malota.  I am a Certified Instructor in St. Augustine, Florida.  I have been involved with Infant Swimming Resource for 22 years on many different levels.  First I was a parent who had my children in Infant Swimming Resource  Self-Rescue™ Lessons.  Then as time went on I was a concerned citizen finding pools in my local area to be donated for an Infant Swimming Resource Instructor to teach the Self-Rescue Lessons, I was also helping in scheduling of the students.  The more time that passed, I started to realize that this was becoming a very big part of me so I decided to become an Instructor myself.  I now have four children and all four children have had Infant Swimming Resource Self-Rescue Lessons. 

Part of my job is to provide you with enough information to give you a clear understanding of my commitment to your child as an instructor and the goals of ISR.  The lessons provided will allow your child to become proficient in the Self-Rescue skill set while gaining respect for swimming pools and other bodies of water.  It's no secret that swimming is supposed to be fun, but it is my position and the position of ISR that in order for one to have fun in the water, one must first be safe.  I look forward to the opportunity to work with you child!
