Registration

 Dear Parents,
Thank you for showing interest in Infant Swimming Resource Self-Rescue™ swim lessons. If you have not yet observed a lesson, I encourage you to schedule a time to come poolside and observe an ISR lesson. It has been my experience that the parents who observe lessons prior to their child's first lesson are much more prepared and informed on how to participate in their child’s lessons in a positive manner. 

If you need further information before signing up please don't hesitate to contact me.  However if you are ready to sign up you will need to proceed with the following instructions: 

There is a financial commitment involved with ensuring your child's opportunity to receive this specialized aquatic survival instruction.  The cost of lessons if $30.00 a lesson or $150.00 a week at the pool location that I am swimming from.  Maintenance Lessons are $35.00 per lesson.  you may only need a few refresher lessons.  When I travel to you the cost is higher, it may be different depending on where you are located and how many students are at your home.  The typical fee is $350.00 per child a week for travel. (Distance, # of students depending)

ISR will contact you with a copy of the registration once your child is medically cleared for ISR lessons. Please print this registration form out and bring it with you to the first lesson. Your complete registration form is absolutely necessary for your child to have his first lesson. I will confirm your requested start date and time with you once I get notice from ISR that your child has been cleared for lessons.

Once you have completed the online registration process, ISR will send you a confirmation e-mail.  This e-mail will have your registration form and BUDS sheet, which are to be brought to your child's first lesson.  

Additionally the confirmation e-mail will have a promotional code for the ISR Seal Store (www.isrsealstore.com) where you can redeem your child's free t-shirt and swim diaper (if necessary).  Should your e-mail server block our e-mail and you don't receive it, the above information is available on the National Registration site and can be accessed at any time.

It is important that you understand that your disposition, tone, and emotions will directly affect your child's lessons as I am sure you realize just how perceptive little ones are.
